Indian Evidence Act, 1872 | S. 68

* Sec. 68 & 71 Manner of proving execution of a Will - Execution can be proved by examination of only one attesting witness - However, the attesting witness examined must prove the attestation of Will by the other attesting witness also - When the witness examined fails to prove attestation by the other attesting witness, execution of Will cannot be said to be proved.
